ICS-CONNECT PROGRAM
Communication…it’s
how we connect with each other and the world around us. It is also the major source of misunderstanding between our families,
co-workers, and our employees. When we learn to connect while communicating it effectively changes our lives, and for
those who are in positions where we need to build trust. The ability to effectively communicate and keep others connected
dramatically improves employee relationships, trust and satisfaction, productivity, and time management.
The
ICS-CONNECT Program is a unique approach that teaches everyone who wants to communicate effectively with others
to enhance relationships both at work and home. ICS-CONNECT is solidly based on Dr. Carl Jung’s teachings.
Knowing your own preference as to how you connect with others gives you a powerful head-start in building a bond of
mutual trust. For a business with employees it means less friction and more understanding and acceptance between employees.
For couples, it means creating a solid relationship and avoiding some of the pitfalls of relationships. For families it
means having a family where kids and parents respect each other, friction is reduced, and quality time is increased.
The ICS-CONNECT program includes an on-line assessment which can be completed in about 15 minutes. The assessment
measures each of the four Jungian energies and our preference to each. Thereby showing which energies we like in ourselves
and others, and which energies we suppress. You will receive your results immediately upon completing the assessment.
